Chas - Terms of Service

The app
Chas is a time-tracking app for macOS developed by klvr.dev. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. All features are available to everyone.
License
Use of the copy distributed through the Mac App Store is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases and donations
The current version of Chas contains no purchases, subscriptions, or donations - the app is entirely free. If a future version adds optional donations as a way to support development, they will not unlock any features or content, all payments will be processed by Apple through the App Store, and refunds will be handled by Apple under its standard policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your tracked data belongs to you and is stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data. Chas provides export and backup tools; keeping backups of important data is your responsibility.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.
