Vidlik - Terms of Service

The app

Vidlik is an app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch developed by klvr.dev. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. All features are available to everyone.

License

Use of the app distributed through the App Store is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Purchases and donations

The current version of Vidlik contains no purchases of any kind. If optional donations are offered in a future version, they will not unlock any features or content, all payments will be processed by Apple through the App Store, and refunds will be handled by Apple under its standard policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and is stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.
